Carolina Dentistry Website

Challenge

 

The UNC Adams School of Dentistry was undergoing a process to consolidate their in-house clinic and rename it Carolina Dentistry. The School approached UNC Creative to design a website utilizing Carolina Dentistry’s new logo and brand, which UNC Creative also developed. The website design needed to be clean, functional and easy to navigate for patients. The site will serve as the front door for the practice and help steer patients in the right direction to make appointments, view services or find a provider.
 
 

Result

UNC Creative designed a responsive website that is approachable and user-friendly. The visual design of the site showcases the new brand elements that were developed for Carolina Dentistry, including colors, patterns and fonts. Primary colors were selected to enhance the professionalism of the site and strengthen the connection between Carolina Dentistry and the greater University brand. Hints of the floss pattern and a splash of secondary color add warmth and approachability. The icons and photography throughout the site help personalize Carolina Dentistry and create a connection with the patient. This project was awarded a gold medal in the 2020 International Davey Award competition.
