Robby Poore
Director
Robby was born in Chapel Hill and grew up in the mountains of New Mexico. He received his BFA in painting, drawing and printmaking from UNM in Albuquerque. His design career has spanned from concert lighting to games, gig posters, trade publications and high-end studio design. For the past 20 years he worked for the UNC School of Government serving as a graphic designer and later, as Design Manager. He ebulliently joined UNC Creative in 2022. His many alter egos include father of twins, garage rock guitarist, college radio DJ, screen printer and documentary film subject.
Hattie Lecka
Project Coordinator
Hailing from the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of western North Carolina, Hattie joined UNC Creative in 2023. She received a BFA in communication studies from Appalachian State University, and her special interests include gender equality, interpersonal communication and organizational leadership in the workplace. She has an extensive background in event coordination, project management and higher education. In her free time, you can find her being active outdoors, snuggling with her Boston Terrier, Darla, and sneaking off to the NC coast as much as possible.
Andrew Jacobs
Senior Designer
Andrew received his BFA from Georgia Southern University. Before joining UNC Creative, he worked in the agency industry, designing campaigns and identities for brands across the nation.
Sharon Chung
Graphic Designer
Sharon is a native North Carolinian and received her BFA in Graphic Design from NC State University. After graduating, she went to New York City to pursue a career in designing consumer products and worked with brands such as Disney, Mattel and Lisa Frank. She discovered a love of working with the community and using design to bring value to messaging in higher education, eventually leading her to UNC in 2022. Outside of work, she loves painting, theology and spoiling her two poodles.
Zack Hall
Graphic Designer
Zack recently received his BFA in Graphic Design from East Carolina University. He is a North Carolina native that was raised a Tar Heel fan. Zack has been with UNC Creative since May of 2023 where he works with clients across campus. Outside of work, he enjoys all things ECU Athletics, podcasts and spending time with family and friends.
Donna Marlette
Accountant
Donna was born and raised in Texas. She is a graduate of the Bryan School of Business at UNC-Greensboro. Donna has been with UNC Creative since 2011, where she does the accounting and provides customer service to clients. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends and volunteering in her church and community.
